What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover — plus PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay at checkout.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

In-stock items: Orders placed before 2:00 PM HKT, Monday–Friday, are usually processed the same day.

Out-of-stock or custom orders: Allow an additional 3–4 weeks for production.

Peak seasons: Around Chinese New Year and Christmas, processing may take 1–2 extra business days.

Processing time does not include carrier transit after your parcel leaves our studio.

How much does shipping cost?

Hong Kong: Free shipping on all local orders via SF Express. Typically 1–2 business days to process, then 2–4 business days in transit.

International: We ship to 50+ countries via SF Express International Standard Express. Fees and estimated transit times are calculated at checkout.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Please review photos, descriptions, and dimensions carefully before purchasing. If an order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

How do you ensure the quality of your jadeite and pearls?

We choose jadeite and pearl pieces for material quality, craftsmanship, and clear sourcing — not every piece needs a certificate to be well made.

When a certificate is available, we note it on the product page. If you do not see one listed, ask us and we will confirm what documentation applies to that piece.

Do J&K Jewelry pieces come with certificates?

Not all products come with certificates. Some do — and when they do, we specify that on the product page.

If a listing mentions certification, you can rely on that note. For any other piece, email contact@jkjewelry.co with the product name and we will tell you what is available.

Do you offer bespoke or custom jewellery?

Yes. We create bespoke pieces in jadeite, pearls, and related materials when you want something made for you — quieter design, personal detail, and clear provenance.

Share your idea on our Bespoke page or book a studio visit. Timing depends on complexity; we keep you informed from concept to finish.

Do you offer wholesale for retailers?

Yes. We work with retailers and collaborators who share a love of jadeite, pearls, and quiet design. Wholesale orders are handled as pre-order so quantity, timing, and shipping can be confirmed carefully.

Can I visit your jewellery studio in Hong Kong?

Yes. Our studio is in San Po Kong, Hong Kong — visits are by appointment so we can give you time to try pieces on and ask questions without hurry.

How do I find my ring, bracelet, or bangle size?

Use our size charts for rings, bracelets, and jade bangles, then measure at home — or visit the studio and we will size you with proper tools.
