Shipping policy

J&K Jewelry Co. ships from Hong Kong via SF Express. This policy explains how we process, pack, and deliver your order.

Order processing

  • In-stock items: Orders placed before 2:00 PM HKT, Monday–Friday, are usually processed the same day.
  • Out-of-stock or custom / bespoke orders: Allow an additional 3–4 weeks for production before dispatch.
  • Peak seasons: Around Chinese New Year, Christmas, and other holidays, processing may take 1–2 extra business days.

Processing time does not include carrier transit time after your parcel has left our studio.

Hong Kong delivery

  • Shipping: Complimentary (free) on all Hong Kong orders.
  • Carrier: SF Express.
  • Processing: Typically 1–2 business days.
  • Transit: Usually 2–4 business days after dispatch.
  • Studio pickup: Available at our San Po Kong boutique by arrangement. Contact us after checkout if you prefer to collect in person.

International shipping

We ship to 50+ countries and regions using SF Express International Standard Express.

  • Shipping fees and estimated transit times are calculated at checkout from your destination and the weight / dimensions of the order.
  • Rates shown at checkout may include SF Express fuel surcharges or resource fees, which can change from time to time.
  • Transit times are estimates and may be longer when local customs clearance is required.

Customs, duties, and taxes

  • International orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).
  • You are responsible for any import duties, VAT / GST, brokerage, or clearance fees charged by your local customs authority. These are not included in our product price or the shipping fee at checkout unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
  • United States: Shipments may no longer qualify for previous low-value duty exemptions. Please expect possible duties and longer clearance times.
  • High-value orders (over HK$5,000): Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) may be available on request. Contact us before placing your order if you need this option.

Delivery requirements

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • For security and insurance, delivery generally requires a signature on receipt.
  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact phone number are accurate at checkout so the carrier can reach you.

Tracking and delays

Once your order has been dispatched, we will share tracking details where available. Delays can occur due to weather, peak volume, carrier network issues, or customs. If your parcel appears stuck or you have not received tracking within a reasonable time after the expected dispatch window, please contact us and we will help follow up with the carrier.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and product. We will advise on next steps.
